We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Controls and Processes Analyst to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our financial processes and controls.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments of financial processes and controls to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen financial controls and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations to management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 of proven experience in financial controls, auditing, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
