Job Description

The function of this position is to support the Sales team by contacting past visitors to the community via phone to invite them to upcoming events, answer questions about the lifestyle and promote life at Wickenburg Ranch. This position is responsible for calling and speaking with guests and members in a professional, enthusiastic, courteous, and timely manner. This is a part-time position, approximately 5-10 hours per week. Shifts are approximately 5 hours per day and schedules are set on a monthly basis.

Knowledge/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred
• Knowledge of the home building and real estate industries a plus, but not required
• Basic computer skills - internet, MS Office applications

Specific Responsibilities

• Follow a script and be comfortable making 20 calls per day
• Tracking and managing lists of prospects
• Asking for appointments and following up on commitments
• Skillfully deflecting questions related to real estate that require a license and performing a smooth handoff to a salesperson
• Assist with keeping the Lifestyle gallery, front entry rotunda, Clubhouse and common areas neat and presentable
