Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to promote and sell products or services
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in technical sales and knowledge of wireless products is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register efficiently
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and meet sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
