Essential Functions:

• Accounts Payable
  • Audits carrier invoices against projected expense
  • Audit carrier name, Comdata information, BOL backup and receipts
  • Setup of Carriers:
    • Payment set up (ACH, etc.)
    • Notice of Assignment/Factoring companies when applicable
  • Reviews and submits reports to Accounting for payment of carrier invoices
  • Work with AP to resolve issues (short pays, backup, posting bills, etc.)
• Accounts Receivable
  • Audits customer expected revenue and margin
  • Audits all accessorial charges are entered correctly (line haul, lumper fees, stops, etc.)
  • Invoice customer timely
  • Assist AR to resolve issues (short pays, invoices, etc.)
• Compliance
  • Ensures all documents are current and scanned, including W-9’s, insurance, contracts, invoices, BOL, and other backup.
  • Ensure processes are followed and up-to-date
• Other duties as assigned: Performs special projects or assignments as directed by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
