J and J Technical Services, Inc is Hiring a Help Desk Technician I - Night Shift Near Rio Rancho, NM
Excellent problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a positive, customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition, they should have a strong technical understanding of the various hardware, software, and networking systems being supported.
Assist end users in resolving computer and network issues by fielding telephone calls, email communication, and chat sessions.
Diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.
Document, track, and monitor the problem to facilitate a timely resolution.
Relies on established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions.
Works under remote supervision.
Requires an associate’s degree or equivalent trade school completion, in a related area and 0–2 years experience.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
