Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Oversee and manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Assist with cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Train and supervise store staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
