Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your creativity and digital marketing skills to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
Duties:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our brand and products
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages
- Conduct social listening to monitor trends, gather insights, and identify opportunities for engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Skills:
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers and build a loyal community
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure error-free content
- Knowledge of social listening tools to monitor conversations about our brand or industry
- Basic understanding of public relations principles for effective communication
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphic design tasks
- Experience in video editing software for creating engaging video content
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for designing graphics or illustrations
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools to track social media performance
