We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical construction projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Conduct construction estimating and create project schedules using software such as Primavera
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
- Train and mentor junior electricians

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in using Prolog, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $26.67 - $32.12 per hour
