Job Summary:

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with students and parents
• Maintain student files
• Front desk duties
• Schedule counselor meeting
• Hold classes as a class manager

• Ability to multi-task
• Bi-lingual English & Mandarin
• Ability to handle high-volume work.
• Expert organizational and follow through skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail, Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• Positive, energetic and able to take constructive feedback.

Work hours:

• Tuesday-Friday: 12:00 PM-8:30 PM
• Weekend: 10AM-6:30PM
• Off: Monday and Sunday

Education Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
