S/4 HANA SD Functional Lead with 5-8 years of experience (hands-on).
Strong knowledge of Resource Related Billing (RRB) functionality.
Integration experience with SD and Project Systems with a Public Sector client.
Good understanding of user exits in SD Billing.
Be able to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced project.
At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
Understanding of integration between modules.
Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
Production Execution.
Sales Order Processing including - Sales Order Creation, Pricing, Customer Master setup, Account Determination, Delivery Processing (shipping, shipment), Integration, and Customer Invoicing.
Extensive understanding of SAP RAR and the integration with FI and Project systems.
Understands integration with BRIM solutions.
Ability to deliver the solution as agreed in the design phase of the project.
Engage and work closely with the Solution Architect team.
Advise and drive the technical delivery from the team working both onshore and offshore.
Ensure clarity on technical delivery for the team working offshore to ensure a very good quality build.
Hands-on exposure to Data Cleansing and Conversion related activities.
Training activities Training documents preparation, training key users or super users.
Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post-Go-Live Support.
Business Process Consulting that includes providing inputs on best practices.
Good knowledge of requirement analysis, solution design, system set-up/configuration, and testing in SAP SD / RAR module.

Business / Consulting Skills

Accountable for the successful implementation of SAP S&D Billing related to Projects, Grants, and other Miscellaneous billing.
Provides subject matter expertise in the area of SAP billing.
Understand business functionality related to S/4 SD as it refers to Grants and Projects.
Performs S/4 SD Configuration.
Unit tests standard transactions and applications.
Develops functional specifications for Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
Coordinates with technical developers to review specifications with customers, explain the design and obtain approval of specifications.
Assists developers by responding to questions and clarifications.
Develops test cases, test scripts, and reviews with the customer.
Assists customers perform integration and acceptance testing.
Resolves defects and issues identified by customers in integration testing.
Assists training developers by providing conceptual content, exercise content, and demonstration content. Reviews training materials for correct representation of SAP functionality.
Executes data conversions and provides data validation assistance to customers.
Assists customers anticipate, identify and resolve post-go-live issues.
Updates all design, configuration, and specification documentation and conducts documentation walk-throughs with the customer.
Provides knowledge transfer to customers throughout the project.
Responsible for the management of module Scope.
Identifies and logs issues and risks.
Reports to S/4 Finance lead.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with others.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Understanding of business processes for focus area or module.
Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
Strong analytical skills.
Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.
Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables
