The Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Managers by primarily engaging in research and testing activities. With a focus on innovation, the incumbent will be responsible for testing, researching and validating existing new products, while also contributing to the ideation process. This position is located in our San Luis Obispo, CA office. Job DescriptionTesting new and innovative products for bicycle and automotive marketsProduct validation through documentation and adherence to testing specificationCommunication of finished reports to stakeholdersSupport in the design and engineering of new products through needs identificationSupport in the NPD project documentationOther duties and special projects as assignedQualificationsCommunicate technical information and detailsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating / maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to work with Microsoft Office. Must be efficient with Excel.Must have the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects while meeting competing deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.Demonstrate cooperating, positive behavior with colleagues and supervisors.
