Job description Infosys is seeking an Client Partner - Retail and Fashion for our Retail Consulting Group to be based in Bay Area, CA.

In this role you will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. You will work together with senior management to build an account plan and hold responsibility for client management based on the account plan.

Requires good understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with project teams.

Role Description : Client relationship management and business development : manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $20-40M, own the opportunity management cycle : Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close Be the face of Infosys to the market and help position Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisorLeverage the Infosys ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals and service lines to develop solutions that address the client’s business problemsClient delivery assurance : collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client Account planning and governance : create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 8 years of experience, with strong sales / relationship management / account management experienceStrong network in the Retail industry segmentAble to identify opportunities of growth in the account and prepare account strategy and planning.

Should regularly monitor trends, market dynamics and incorporate them into existing account strategy and plan.Identifying and grooming team members and build teams into future leadersConsultative sales and solution selling capability.

Explore opportunities to cross / up sell by leveraging relationships and also Infosys’ solutions, products and success storiesHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experienceU.
