Location: virginia - Mclean, Sterling, Springfield TRAVEL REQUIRED: 25% (LOCAL DC METRO area)CLEARANCE: SECRET(or ability to obtain)
  • Provides research, administrative support, and operational management of assigned projects or tasks
  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, dashboards, and task/administrative progress monitoring and reporting.
  • Collects data for risk tracking and various scoring measures.
  • Attends customer meetings and serves as client liaison.
  • Interacts with vendors, DOS personnel, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
 
SCOPE: Team support, analysis and management related to coordination and documentation of client meetings and follow-up on associated action items.
  • Documents and manages the status of all continuous process improvements by collecting information for proposals, setting up project related discussions, capturing action items, research vendors, and monitor scope and project schedule.
  • Coordinates and helps to facilitate delivery of multiple small projects.
  • Supports database development and makes sure data is current in Innovation Database.
  • Works with leadership to develop and collect survey data from client.
  • Helps prepare templates and toolkit to accelerate program success and scalability.
  • Provides ramp up and ramp off support for project kickoff and closure team, vendors, activities, and deliverables.
  • Tracks and manages all action items across innovation program for team members, stakeholders, SMEs, and leadership.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • 2 years of related work experience
