iTech Las Vegas, LLC is an IT solution provider specializing in computer support services for small to medium-sized businesses in the continental United States.

Position Summary
The Service Dispatcher position requires a high degree of attention to detail, organizational and business skills. The right candidate must be a positive, highly motivated and extroverted personality type that is always friendly, willing and able to help their team member where needed.
Regular duties include customer service, answering phones, call backs for scheduling with customers, scheduling service technicians tactically and working with administration and sales staff to send and receive product to our customers promptly.
