Maintenance & Repair Technician

Job Description:

The Building Maintenance & Repair Technician will have responsibility for general maintenance work and equipment at various sites including HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks. Work within established procedures and process under both verbal and written instructions. This position reports to our Facilities Manager. The hours of the position will vary but the main hours of work will be from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Some weekends will be required.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds
• 3 years of building maintenance experience
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day
• Must have knowledge of servicing and maintenance of simple power, heating, and cooling units
• Must have knowledge of electric motors, generators, pumps, pressure systems, water systems, and other equipment systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
