We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and possess a strong work ethic.
**Duties:**
- Prepare surfaces for concrete applications.
- Set forms
- Direct and supervise laborers
- Monitor the curing of the concrete to ensure a durable, smooth, and uniform finish.
- Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surfaces.
**Skills:**
- Proficient in working with power tools.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques.
- Carpentry skills for formwork and framing.
- Competence in installing and finishing concrete using various techniques.
- Skill in caulking and sealing joints in finished concrete.
