Job Summary: As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research initiatives by conducting a variety of analytical, biological, and performance tests. Key Responsibilities: 

Perform accurate and timely analytical, biological, and performance testing on a diverse range of samples. 

Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure the highest level of performance and accuracy. 

Follow established laboratory procedures and protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. 

Analyze and interpret test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to teams and project leads. 

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support ongoing research projects and contribute to the development of new testing methodologies. 

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment by adhering to good laboratory practices (GLP). 

Continuously seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and stay current with industry advancements. 

Qualifications: 

A bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, or a related field is required; relevant experience or an advanced degree is a plus. 

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on analytical, biological, or performance testing. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to analyze, compile, organize, and present data. 

Proficiency in standard laboratory software and computer applications. 

A proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

A strong commitment to maintaining the highest level of safety, quality, and ethical standards.
