What you'll be doing:
- Assist in the development and implementation of annual internal audit risk assessment and audit plan.
- Leads and monitors audit execution in accordance with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
- Lead, plan and direct internal audit engagements.
- Supervise and direct one or more internal auditors.
- Provide risk and control insight and recommendations related to new business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- CPA and/or CIA required.
- 8 years of experience in internal audit (banking or financial institutions)
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
Banking is highly preferred
