ITA is seeking a Security Cooperation Logistics Lead to support our U.S. Southern Command Operations (USSOUTHCOM) Planning and Engagement Support (SCOPES).

Please note this opportunity is contingent upon contract award, anticipated Summer 2024.

Responsibilities

The Security Cooperation Logistics Lead will serve as the Government’s primary in-theater point of contact. The Security Cooperation Logistics Lead will provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned throughout the area of responsbility (AOR) including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts and managing overall task order performance.

• Ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the AOR, including both technical issues and business processes.
• Authority to commit resources of the prime contractor’s organization and make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitations issues. 
• Plan, synchronize, and execute strategic joint/combined engineer policies, programs, and operations to achieve theater campaign and posture objectives.
• Analyze policy guidance and provide strategic recommendations to components and subordinate commands.
• Coordinate with interagency partners and public sectors to facilitate operational and tactical logistics functions within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
• Develop logistic-focused assessments that detail and analyze current logistics capabilities, logistics challenges, risks affecting the AOR, and planned future logistics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret clearance with access to SCI based on SSBI. 
• Spanish language capability at the 2 level on the DLPT or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five or more years experience managing operations, maintenance, and logistics in the U.S. military
• Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations
