It Works! Project Manager - Product Operations

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the Palmetto, Florida office/2-days remote. Candidates must be local or relocate to be considered for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager - Product Operations is responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of complex projects with competing deadlines.

* Responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Supplements and Skincare product related projects, on a global basis. Projects include SKU Management processes, product label updates, print material development and update, assisting with web asset creation process, managing product discontinuation.

* This role has significant cross-functional impact to the organization, working with various departments - Operations, Sales, Marketing, Creative, Web, Finance and Customer Service. High degree of independence required for task management and monitoring of timelines.

* Responsible for setting up project deliverables and timeline; execute large number of product operations tasks, responsible for the successful project completion on time and in line with the business objective.

• Ensure that product schedules are followed; follow up with task owners regularly, organize and schedule project team checkpoints, to confirm deliverables are on track and meeting the project goals.

* Must be flexible and able to adapt to rapid changes to project scope.

* Escalate any roadblocks and suggest resolution to the Director of Program Management. 

* Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Regularly checks Business Reports, interpret data and suggest action items based on data, mainly expiry and runout dates, sales velocity.

• Assist with Project Reports and Dashboard.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• BS degree highly preferred (business operations, sourcing, vendor management)
• 3-5 years experience in project management
• Proven presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to organize and manage cross-functional projects
• Very organized and detail oriented, able to work in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to manage numerous projects at one time
• Must demonstrate entrepreneurial aptitude and be solution-focused
• Ability to work as part of a high performing team and collaborate effectively with staff
