Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the Palmetto, Florida office/2-days remote. Candidates must be local or relocate to be considered for this role.

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at IT WORKS! As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our broadcast email strategy by developing compelling email templates, managing assets, implementing translations, and analyzing campaign performance. This role will also have the opportunity to contribute to lifecycle-driven email marketing initiatives as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email templates aligned with our broadcast email strategy.
• Craft persuasive copy and select relevant visuals to optimize email engagement.
• Manage assets including images, graphics, and videos for email campaigns.
• Coordinate translations for email content to reach diverse audiences effectively.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing email content and targeting based on campaign data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
• Assist in the development and execution of lifecycle-driven email marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a direct selling or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as SailThru (Marigold), Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimize email campaign performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email template customization.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Passion for staying current with emerging trends and technologies in email marketing.
