COMPUTER NETWORK ENGINEER: YOUR MISSION

As a managed service provider, our primary focus is to ensure that our client's IT systems are operating seamlessly. In achieving this, you play a pivotal role in proactively identifying and resolving technical issues in their initial stages. Your daily computer engineering tasks entail upgrading existing networks, creating new networks, and troubleshooting problems that may arise. You are often required to design and implement new processes or security measures while creating and updating the corresponding documentation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR COMPUTER NETWORK ENGINEER

• 5 years of experience with customer support, active directory application support, disaster recovery, firewalls, documentation, local area networks (LAN), and wide area networks (WAN)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 - 365, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell, Sever 2008-2019, SSL, IPSEC VPN, TCP/IP, VLANs with tagging, and Windows XP, 7, 8, and 10
• Proficiency with or the ability to learn the following: Android, AWS, Cisco, DFS/DFSR, DUO MFA, Google G Suite, iOS, IP Phone Systems, Kaseya, Linux Servers, MacOS, Microsoft Azure, RD Gateway, scripting, SonicWALL, SQL, Unifi, and VMWare
• Ability to troubleshoot, remediate viruses, mitigate malware attacks, manage access points, and resolve other issues
• Residence within 30 minutes of the office

The following skills would be helpful but are not required: C/C , HTML, JavaScript, Python, Visual Basic, and website maintenance.
