- Designs, specifies, configures, installs and maintains corporate office and remote location networks including wlan's
- Support servers, firewalls, routers, switches, fiber, cabling, and wireless access points
- Support hybrid VOIP phone system and SD-WAN
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to network hardware acquisition, installation, use, support, and security
- Associate degree in information technology or information systems and/or 1-2 years of work-related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work outside of normal hours when necessary
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight if necessary
