Pay Rate: $18-$22

Job Description for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for the shipment of customer’s cargo to their destinations (East Asian countries) without any delay or problems. They also will process the orders, negotiate with airlines rates, and maintain daily contact with US customs.

Additional Duties of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

• Receive cargo orders from customers
• Make sure cargo comes as customer order it. Including time, quantity, and etc.
• Attend airlines and customs for cargo by driving company vehicles to each location
• Trace cargo even after tendering. Make sure cargo departs (and check connection flight if applicable) according to customer’s request.
• Immediately report to superior and present solutions if there is any irregularity
• Perform safety precautions to keep safe environment
• Familiarize and adhere to various regulations such as TSA, IATA, AES

Requirements for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative :

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel to locations needed
• Must be able to speak one of the major East Asian languages fluently (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese).
