Responsibilities
- Ensure engagement responsibilities are met
- Monitor budgetary expense
- Oversight of deliverables and invoices in accordance with contract stipulations
- Facilitating meetings between team members and vendors
- Evaluating vendor and internal team documentation
- Planning for training sessions
- Collaborating with internal and external teams on change management strategies
- Identifying, monitoring, and addressing project risks and mitigation plans
- Managing changes to project scope, schedules, and costs
- Developing and maintaining tools to enhance project work efficiency
- Senior Project Management skills
- Previous experience with managing 2-4 external vendors
- Experience managing large IT projects, and working with technical teams
- Healthcare experience
- Highly capable using software tools for supporting documentation including spreadsheets, MS Project, and diagraming tools like Visio.
- Ability to lead problem solving and resolution efforts.
