We are hiring multiple positions including junior to senior roles.

The Proposal Department Manager will be heavily involved in coordinating, preparation and delivery of proposals. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end proposal life-cycle for proposals / RFIs / RFPs.

You will work collaboratively with proposal team and various business units within the company to manage proposal resources, deliverable calendars, and tight deadlines.

• Reviews and analyzes RFP / RFI / RFQ / RFPs requirements
• Coordinates maintains and tracks all work from all participants
• Ensures high quality proposal responses while meeting all deadlines
• Manages all activities of proposal writing, and manage all other proposal responsibilities as required
• Develops proposal templates, style, format, and instructions to authors.
• Develops the proposal schedule and ensures deadlines realistic / achievable
• Maintains configuration control of documents and deliverables in SharePoint
• Facilitates solution, review, and communication meetings
• Performs Quality Assurance (QA) inspection of all proposal deliverables
• Performs hardcopy and electronic proposal production and submission
• Maintains the proposal knowledge management framework in a SharePoint environment
• Hold kick-off and debrief meetings
• Gather and send follow-up and clarifying questions to the Government
• Participate and conduct color reviews
• Develops proposal compliance matrix
• Writes, edits and rewrites efforts and develops graphic concepts.
• Writes proposal narrative and leverages and re-use current proposal boilerplate information.
• Copy edit, format, and single-voice the proposal, as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years or more of experience with proposal end-to-end management process to include workload prioritization, leading and managing the team and tasks, multi-level bid review review process, and final bid submission and execution.
• Possess excellent writing and editing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under stress while directing a team of technical writers and proposal specialists.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time.

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of Federal Government contracting proposal management experience
