Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with intelligence analysis, including developing collection plans and risk assessments

• Experience with PAI analytic principals

• Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analytical tools and database

• Knowledge of internet-based research, including Boolean logic, search engines, and database resources and internet sources, such as social media, social networking tools, data exploitation, and commercial- and industry-based databases

• Knowledge of national and service-specific OSINT policy and regulations

• Ability to conduct independent analysis to support mission requirements and use enhanced search procedures and tools to support the usage of PAI

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with advanced search techniques, information databases, data visualization, and related tools

• Knowledge of intelligence disciplines, including signals intelligence (SIGINT), human intelligence (HUMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT)

• Ability to manage research and coordination for long-term projects

• Master's degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, Linguistics, Business, or Library Science

• Completion of OS301 Basic OSINT Course

• Completion of OS302 Intermediate OSINT Tools and Tradecraft Course

• Completion of OS303 Advanced OSINT Tradecraft Course

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
