Social Media Marketing Intern Job Responsibilities:

• Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
• Brainstorms campaign ideas.
• Monitor various social media platforms to determine whether added platforms are needed. Identify and justify.
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of the entity.
• Engages with end users, direct customers (distributors, OEM) to generate product testimonials.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving branding opportunities on social platforms and internal processes.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Assists in onboarding content to multiple media/platforms outside social media.
• Assists in creating metric performance reports.
• Creation of technical/supportive documents highlighting products and services designed for a broad audience. This can include large-scale campaigns to include, but not limit, prominent ads, contests, viral content (videos), geo-fencing opportunities, etc.

We are small but mighty. The marketing team within the Isuzu Motors America, LLC, PowerTrain Division is a team of two. Adding an intern to our roster will prove rewarding. The Social Media Marketing Intern will be exposed to all facets of business marketing, with concentration in branding exposure and penetration. The position is full time within a hybrid work setting, currently established as three days onsite, two days remote. Position can include travel up to 25% of the time. Travel may include attending tradeshows, visiting our technical assembly locations, customer locations (with other members within the organization), and ad hoc travel for the purpose of testimonials and/or product launches/campaigns.
