Isle of Hope Baptist Child Development Center is seeking a committed early childhood professional to work in a faith based Childcare Center. Applicant must be knowledgeable in Early Childhood Education. We are looking for someone who loves children and understands their developmental stages. We are a small school with a strong family feel. We care for our children in a loving, encouraging atmosphere.

As lead teacher you would be required to make and carry out lesson plans that meet State Standards. You would love and care for the children in your class. You would be expected to change diapers. You would be expected to clean your classroom. You would keep accurate records of each child's development. You would maintain a safe, stimulating classroom for infants and toddlers. You would be expected to work with of our team of teachers and assistants, and maintain a professional attitude while at work.

Lead teachers must have one of the following: A Child Development Associate credential, a TCC ( Technical Certificate of Credit) in Early Childhood, or an Associates Degree or Higher in Early Childhood Education.
