POSITION SUMMARY
The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Employee must repair, maintain and monitor the operations of electronic gaming devices (slot machines) on the gaming floor. Employee will participate in the move of any slot related equipment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provides exceptional guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations and ensure the safety and security of all guests.
· Respond to all calls involving slot machines and/or the maintenance of them.
· Responsible for repairing and maintaining all slot-related equipment on the casino floor and tech shop.
· Participate in the installation, movement and removal of slot-related equipment.
· Accurately maintain proper documentation and gaming logs in order to comply with the State and internal regulations.
· Handles guest relations and minor guest disputes.
· Creating a clean, safe, friendly and fun atmosphere for all guests and employees.
· Completing all company-required training within designated time frames.
· Other duties as assigned.
