New store opening in Kapolei!

Training for this position with be held at our Waikiki Royal Hawaiian Center location until store is open.

This is a tipped position you will receive tips on top of the base pay. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills. If you have a passion for coffee and/or wine with the aloha spirit and willing to learn, please apply!

Position Summary: Reports to the Manager. The Barista/Bartender must embody and execute the standards set forth by the company. This position responsibilities are the following and may include tasks deemed fit by the Shift Leader, General Manager and Executive Team.

Availability: Open availability preferred including holidays. Weekends are a must.

• Mastery of all menu items, POS station and other equipment
• Ability to follow company recipes and procedures
• Ensures health and sanitation standards are practiced
• Fast pace coffee experience
• Ability to cross train with some bartending
• Cash Handling
• Guest Relations
• Store Maintenance

Requirements:

• TB Clearance
• Food Handler’s Certificate
• Liquor card
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in various software and equipment necessary to perform job functions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0°- 95°F
• Able to stand for long periods, constantly reach and bend
