JOB TITLE: Registered Nurse

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to our clientele in the comfort and privacy of their own home. The qualified Registered Nurse (RN) must have excellent patient care, communication skills and be committed to deliver the highest quality of care. The responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN) are but not limited to: observation, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of the nursing care plan. Other duties may include educating patients and their families about proper treatments, administering prescribed medications, gastric tube, ventilator, and tracheostomy care.

• ACE Regimen, Foley support, administer medications, turn & reposition.

*In Addition:

• We offer full-time , part-time and flexible shifts (short /long working hours)
• We also offer RN per visit / per case

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Skilled Nursing services
• Assess the client’s condition every visit; document your observations and report any changes health
• Perform evaluation tasks to include check vital signs and medication review
• Administer medication as prescribed by physician
• Dress and or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
• Follow up with executing and properly documenting physicians orders
• Educate clients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and anyone else involved in the client’s care plan
• Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations and guidelines
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of client information

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid State of Hawaii RN License
• Valid CPR |First Aid Certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, write and communicate in English with ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks safely & effectively
• High tolerance to work well under pressure & handle critical situations in a calm & professional demeanor
• Must pass Fieldprint screening (Criminal Background Check)
• Must be 18 years or older (Hawaii State Dept. of Labor)
• Must be authorized to work in the USA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,560.00 - $80,000.00 per year
