Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
- Solid culinary skills with experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in bartending or shift management is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in dietary departments or food service is beneficial
- Effective team management and communication skills
