Iseman Homes is seeking a flexible, part-time employee to fullfill an inventory specialist position. Iseman is willing to allow employee to determine fixed work hours within the week with a minimum of 20 hours a week between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Duties to include:

1. Process corporate bills for payment.

2. Receive original approved Sales orders from Operations. Make copies for distribution as necessary and maintain log of original sales by branch by month.

3. Prepare a comparative Daily Sales Report and distribute as necessary.

4. Prepare a comparative Daily Sales Report and distribute as necessary.

5. Review Daily Managers Reports for branch unit deliveries.

6. Maintain unit perpetual inventory in an accurate up-to-date manner. Weekly print copies for Sales, Operations, the President and upload to Iseman Intranet page for all branches.

7. Maintain a warranty card registration log on all new homes sold/delivered and return completed HUD cards to respective factory.

8. Work closely with other corporate staff to maintain inventory records and assist in other corporate duties as assigned.
