Role Overview : As a Sales Arborist, you play a pivotal role in our growth and mission. Your responsibilities are comprehensive and include : * Lead Generation : Proactively identifying and pursuing new residential / commercial customer opportunities.

• Client Consultation : Engaging with clients to assess their needs and provide expert advice on tree care solutions.* Proposal Development : Crafting detailed proposals that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Relationship Building : Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Negotiation : Effectively negotiating sales to achieve mutual satisfaction.* Collaboration with Operations : Working closely with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets our high standards.
• Sales Records Maintenance : Keeping accurate records of sales activities, proposals, and customer interactions.* Industry Knowledge : Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management, and industry-approved tree care practices.
• Sales Targets : Striving to meet or exceed sales targets of 1.8M , contributing to our overall growth strategy.* Customer Satisfaction : Ensuring all clients are fully satisfied with our services, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Ideal Candidate : * Possesses an ISA Certified Arborist® Certification.* Has a strong background in sales, preferably within the tree care or related industries.

• Is tech-savvy, experienced in using or learning CRM systems.* Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
