Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing IT systems to support our enterprise-wide operations. This role requires a deep understanding of both hardware and software systems, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive technological innovation, efficiency, and process improvement across various IT systems and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and user needs to design and implement effective IT solutions that align with organizational objectives across various systems and applications.
• Evaluate existing IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans for system enhancements.
• Provide guidance and expertise to internal and external teams to support the design, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Support administration and maintenance of IT systems, including user access, system configurations, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for IT systems to end-users and IT staff as needed.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with business process owners to identify opportunities for process improvement within IT systems and enterprise applications and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the cybersecurity of internal and external resources by implementing best practices, security protocols, and measures to protect organizational data and assets.
• Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and managed service providers to procure technology solutions, assist with implementation and integration, and manage ongoing support and maintenance activities as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in IT systems analysis, design, implementation, and support across various systems and applications.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software systems such as servers, networks, operating systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , Security , Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
