Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to provide friendly and efficient service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner, striving to resolve them promptly
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, following health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Proficient in inventory control and cost management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
