Irrigation Consulting, Inc. is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near Nashua, NH

Established small Nashua based consulting firm located at Captains Corner has an opening for a part time office manager/bookkeeper. Position provides a flexible schedule, 20 to 25 hours per week (negotiable). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Clerical duties: answering phone, ordering office supplies, managing proposals and document review.
  • Accounting duties: process accounts receivable and payable, maintain bookkeeping system, account reconciliation and follow-up on overdue accounts, bank reconciliation and payroll preparation
  • Human resource management: maintain employee personal files and staff attendance records, monitor and record employee work hours and overtime, monitor sick and vacation days and calculating benefits.

This is an hourly position with annual bonus. Hourly rate will be based on prior experience. Knowledge of QuickBooks is desirable. Training to be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
