```Overview```

We are seeking energetic, passionate part-time Group Fitness Coachs to join our team. This role is perfect for those who love to motivate others, enjoy working within a supportive team, and are eager to be part of a mission-driven gym. Whether you're guiding a group class or providing one-on-one training, you'll play a crucial role in our members' fitness journeys.

```Responsibilities```

Conduct group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Offer personal training sessions tailored to individual member needs (optional, based on qualifications).

Engage with members to build a positive, supportive community environment.

Participate in professional development opportunities

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the member experience.

Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness goals

Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

```Qualifications```

High energy and a positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Availability for 10-15 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the fitness industry.

Ready to participate in our onboarding/internship.

Personal training or group fitness certification is a plus but not required.

Strong understanding of body mechanics and proper exercise technique in strength training and functional fitness is beneficial.

Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
