- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software applications.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and technology partners, managing relationships and ensuring that vendor services meet our requirements and standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies, initiatives, and roadmaps that support our business goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT management, with at least three years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong technical background with expertise in network infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building, coaching, and development.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship management.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
- Knowledge of NCR Aloha POS, Loyalty, MenuLink, KDS, Hot Schedules, Open Table, MS Dynamics, MS SQL Server/SSIS, Windows Servers, Cisco Meraki Cloud Networking
- Ability to professionally present training materials, and directions to restaurant level leaders and to effectively communicate with Senior Level Leadership
- Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task on a regular basis with a high attention to detail and familiarity with addressing complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to adjust quickly to change.
- Must be able to deal with stressful situations, while also maintaining composure
