Job Description:

We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's client's user base on-site 5 days in Hawaii. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Someone with a conventional joint operational background and experience with maritime, air, or space domains would be an ideal fit.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Prior experience with Palantir Gotham, Gaia or Foundry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10% of the time if needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Joint operational background with maritime, air or space domain experience
• Able to speak knowledgeably and credibly about Palantir technology, including senior leadership.
• Ability to learn new tech quickly & speak credibly about them (Gotham primary, also Foundry).
• Able to conduct formal and informal training sessions on Palantir tech.
• Proactive outreach and engagement with user groups; needs to be our advocate and eyes/ears on the ground.
• Clear and consistent comms externally and internally; ability to comm user feedback and onsite signal back to leadership.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues onsite and communicate with engineering team and Network Operations Center.
• 10% travel required.
• Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role.
