Selected applicants will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring high-quality care is provided to all patients by offering efficient and sincere assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse rate, temperature, and respiration rate.
• Facilitating the mobility of patients who struggle with daily movement.
• Assisting with daily meals, including meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and infection-free environment for patients by regularly cleaning rooms and changing bedding.
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
• Collaborating efficiently with the medical team of RNs, LPNs, and doctors to deliver excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting.
• Certification in CPR or willingness to earn this certification within the first three months of employment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
