Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in QuickBooks, and familiarity with Buildertrend. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage vendor relationships and track project costs in Buildertrend and Quickbooks
• Provide support to the accounting team with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role (prefferred)
• Proven proficiency in QuickBooks
• Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.83 - $22.68 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
