Here’s what YOU get to do:

• Personnel management: recruiting, training, integrating, evaluating staff, and supporting their professional development.
• Define the objectives of your team, support their actions towards their achievement.
• Manage schedules, distribute tasks.
• Be a manager of your gallery.
• Ensure proper back-office management: stock, supply, customer orders, cash operations, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations (hygiene, safety, procedures, etc.) and legal postings.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Sales-oriented, you have a perfect mastery of sales techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Great rigor and heightened organizational skills.
• Mandatory English language proficiency, both oral and written.
• First experience in sales and commerce is mandatory.
• Autonomous and proactive profile.
