The Role of a PSS Analytics Manager:
The analytics manager will operate as a more senior team member leveraging skills and knowledge of data and company assets to effectively support all client analytics and reporting needs. The candidate will be expected to interact with clients directly and help guide IQVIA’s analytical support to help achieve larger client goals. Team members will begin to assume an active ownership in running projects and mentoring more junior colleagues. The analytic rigor and creativity of our Managers’ work is critical to the success of our engagement teams and our practice as a whole.
As PSS Analytics Manager you’ll be responsible for:
• Leveraging skills in Excel and SQL to yield trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for clients
• Leading internal brainstorming sessions and collaborating with account management team members throughout client engagements
• Overseeing and validating junior team member’s output and client engagement
• Evaluating secondary data on markets, physicians, patients, and pharmacies
• Developing and working with reporting tools to derive insights and forecasting
• Coordinating both directly with clients as well as through the PSS account team to manage the analytics needs of the clients for both scheduled and ad hoc requests
• Creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables
• Presenting to client audiences via teleconference, videoconference, or in face-to-face meetings
• Building professional relationships with internal and external members of the client team
• Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and client engagement methodologies
An ideal candidate will have:
• A strong analytical record, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong quantitative skills
• Exceptional communication skills and be a proven team contributor
• An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry
• Good project management, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent conversational and business English (written and oral)
• Exceptional IT literacy in PowerPoint and Excel; PowerBI and/or SQL are a plus
• A willingness or ability to travel as needed (<10% on average)

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,000.00 - $132,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Full Time
