About the role: As a Sales Executive III- Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals, providing industry-leading solutions. You’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests. This role is specifically focused in the automotive finance space.

What you will be doing:

  • Selling products and/or services, at an enterprise level, into auto lending space.
  • Solicits and maintains network of prospects.
  • Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.
  • Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
  • Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Executing on a complete understanding of a full sales lifecycle
  • Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.
  • Negotiates, structures, and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
  • Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meets sales goals and objectives.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

  • Good understanding of FIS products and services
  • Experience in selling automotive finance in automotive industry
  • General knowledge of market landscape and expertise in running and closing large enterprise contracts
  • Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Requires solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
  • Ability to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferred
  • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
  • Travel is required

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.. This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
