IQVIA is hiring an Associate Manager within our GPC organization! This is a hybrid position out of our King of Prussia, PA OR Orchard Park, NY office.

The manager will be responsible for the support of 6-8 analysts with direct sales operation support for go to market sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Training, development and performance management
• SLA obtainment and work quality to ensure a high level of sales satisfaction.
• Plays critical role in execution of strategic , continuous and process improvement efforts.
• Executes operational initiatives such as opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction program, or infrastructure projects.
• Assists local functions by tracking, providing frequent reports, reporting progress and highlighting potential issues and opportunities.
• Coordinates operational activities/projects with other functions including service, consulting, business lines and sales, as appropriate.
• Provides program and project management support to document and coordinate processes and systems rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless execution of plans.
• May manage one or more operations systems (e.g. time sheet process, resource list, development request, reporting, forecasting and capacity planning) and provide appropriate degree of user support.
• Execute on defined Commercial Ops strategy. Provide value input and recommendation to ensure success of efforts.
• Handle escalations from day-to-day Hypercare work, answer questions, advise on complicated requests
• Organize onboarding experience; schedule inter departmental trainings to bolster team process understanding

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, business management, finance, communications, or related field
• Must be local to either the King of Prussia, PA or Orchard Park, NY office
• 2 years of related working experience
• Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to organize and prioritize own work
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and with internal customers
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Sales Operations background is a plus
• Salesforce.com or any other CRM system knowledge is a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $63,300.00 - $95,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
