Team Description:
iQmetrix Business Services offers development and expertise in any area where a business may not have the bandwidth. Our team takes time to understand the client’s needs, assess the scope of the project, and provide robust, continuous support for as long as they need. Open feedback loops mean quick iteration, so needs are always met.
Job Summary:
This role provides expertise on iQmetrix’s custom reporting tools and data flows to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze user requirements
• Create and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Own project deliverables, client relationships, documentation, communication, contracts, demos, prioritizations, time management, and contributions to team goals
• Channel client feedback to drive better services and product offerings
• Understand how data flows throughout iQmetrix products and help teach others best practices for business uses and reporting
• Providing client facing role support and consultation.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or Data Analytics
• Prior experience using reporting and analytical tools such as Microsoft Report Builder, SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server Reporting, or other similar software
• Working knowledge of SQL and MDX
• Ability to develop and maintain good relations and communicate with people at all hierarchical levels
• Ability to understand technical and business perspectives
• Self-management skills
• Understanding of the wireless retail industry and experience with the iQmetrix suite of products is a plus

30-Day Goal:
Familiarize with our product, data flows, existing contracts, custom reports and dashboards.
60-Day Goal:
Provide report creation and maintenance for Business Intelligence reports.
90-Day Goal:
Provide consultation on larger projects, supporting the onboarding of new clients to the managed service.
