Job Title: Senior Management Accountant

Location: Tamworth, UK

Job Overview and key duties (agile)

• Provide management reporting information to plant management, Divisional and Group reporting teams
• Provide operational reporting information – such as production volumes, sales volumes, yield, efficiency, maintain and update standards
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual KPI’s in a timely and accurate manner
• Support costing, pricing and other commercial initiatives
• Complete month end reporting deliverables in a timely and accurate manner
• Tracking Continuous Improvement Projects and participating in CI/Kaizen initiatives
• Ownership of Capital reporting, drafting Capital proposals, establishing post Capex reviews, and management of Capital forecasting
• Prepare packs and slides needed for senior team presentations with accurate data and drive takeaways and decisions
• Preparation and management of Cash Forecasting
• Liaise with various stakeholders on annual Budgets and Forecasts and preparate relevant deliverables
• Interact with other finance teams to deploy ‘best in class’ methods and share best practices

Additional information (including specialized qualifications / skills)

• Highly analytical
• Self Starter with a positive ‘’can do’’ attitude
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• ERP experience advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Qualified accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience
