Applicants should exhibit a naturally pleasant demeanor, be detail oriented and have a healthy self-start attitude. Proficiency utilizing Windows, MS Office, Excel, Outlook (email) and general web navigation must be demonstrated. Polished phone etiquette is required. Residential construction permitting procedure experience & construction plan literacy is helpful but not required to be considered for the position. Responsibilities also require office supply management, general filing, and occasional social media posting. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
